Medication guideline

First choice:
- Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) — Tablet / 50mg — 25-50mg mg PO qd Duration of TB treatment — (Give to all patients on Isoniazid to prevent peripheral neuropathy. Especially important in pregnancy, HIV, malnutrition, diabetes)
- 2RHZ+E / 2RH — PO 2 months (Intensive Phase) , 2 months (Continuation Phase) — (Peripheral lymph node TB. Children and 
adolescents 3 -16 years)
- 2RHZ+E / 4RH — PO 2 months (Intensive Phase) , 4 months (Continuation Phase) — (EPTB (excluding peripheral lymph node TB, TB meningitis, Osteoarticular TB)
- 2RHZ+E/10RH — Tablet — PO 2 months (Intensive Phase) , 10 months (Continuation Phase) — (TB meningitis and osteoarticular TB)
