Drug management

Medication guideline

First choice:
- Amoxicillin — Tablet — 1 g PO q8h 5 days — (Mild-moderate CAP.)
- Paracetamol — Tablet — 500mg-1g mg PO q4-6h PRN — (Symptomatic: fever and pain. Max 4g/day)
- Oxygen — Medical gas / 85-100% — As required L/min Inhalation Continuous Until SpO2 ≥90% — (SEVERE: Give if SpO2 <90%)
- Phenoxymethylpenicillin — Tablet — 500 mg PO q6h 5 days — (Mild-moderate CAP.)
- Ibuprofen — Tablet — 200–400 mg PO q6-8h PRN — (Symptomatic: fever and pain. Max 2.4g/day)

Second choice:
- Amoxicillin + Clavulanic acid — Tablet — 875 + 125 mg PO q8h 5 days — (Mild-moderate CAP.)
- Doxycycline — Capsule — 100 mg PO q12h 5 days — (Mild-moderate CAP.)
